Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within the applicable withdrawal period.
Right of Withdrawal for Goods
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
For regular orders, we offer an extended return period of 30 days. This extended return period does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this, for example, by email at info@gorillawear.com or through our return portal.

After registration, you will receive a return label by email. The costs for using this return label are your responsibility. The correct return address is stated on the label, so you do not need to write the address on the parcel yourself.

You may use the model withdrawal form to withdraw from the contract, but this is not required.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs for the original delivery. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
