All our orders within Europe are shipped with courier service UPS. The only exception is The Netherlands, where we ship with courier service PostNL. Our orders outside Europe are handled by PostNL up to the customs of the country concerned and then taken over by local courier services.
Our headquarters and warehouse are located in the Netherlands. From here we ship orders to our customers all over the world. In the United States, we cooperate with a fulfillment service where other shipping methods apply.
Our warehouse staff will do their best to pick and ship your order as quickly as possible. Of course, the shipping time of a package varies by destination. The estimated delivery time with standard shipping:
Our warehouse and fulfillment service are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Please note that we may be closed on some international and national holidays.
Track & Trace
When your package is shipped you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace number. With this number, you can check the status of the shipment.
For orders under 99 euros, shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs depend on the country the package is to be shipped to. For all orders over 99 euros, we offer free worldwide shipping!
All our orders are shipped from Europe. Customers from some countries outside of Europe will have to pay import fees, unfortunately, Gorilla Wear cannot accommodate you in this.
