Exchanging and returning goods

How do I return a shipment?


 If any of our items do not meet your expectations, simply send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. Before sending the item`s back to us, please go into your account and fill out a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) form to receive a notice for your return eligibility.

The returning goods process is:
1. Fill in the returnform completely
2. Please also, remark on a copy of the packing slip, on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return; exchange or refund.
3. You will return your product to our adress
4. We will receive your return and check the product(s)
5. We will process your return and refund your money or exchange the product (this takes 2-5 workingdays)

Of course, you’re allowed to try the merchendise on for size first, but do not remove the tag or wash the item under any circumstances. Your articles need to be unused and in its original packaging. ALSO, keep in mind that if a package was returned where one/more items display signs of deodorant stains, or smells like cologone/perfume we cannot grant a refund or exchange.

Exchanging goods
Do you want to exchange your order? This can also be done via the return form. Indicate in the comment field which product you would like to exchange with the new size you want to receive. If the desired item is more expensive than your current product, you will receive a new order confirmation from us. As soon as the difference is met , we immediately proceed to dispatch. Do you want to exchange for a cheaper product? We will then refund the difference within 2-5 working and we will send the desired product immediately upon the arrival of your return.

The cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account, but we will refund any shipping costs you incur for damaged or incorrectly delivered products. Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
