  1. How do I shop on the site?
    You can go through the different catagories and make a choice by clicking. The shopping cart is a memory for the products you have added while shopping but you are not obliged to order them. It offers you simply the possibility to search for more products. You will be showna picture of most products. If you click you will see a description of the product. You can always delete or change the number in your cart. While shopping you can always see on the right side the order value in your shopping cart.

  2. Where can I change my personal details?
    If you choose the "My Account" button on the top of the screen, you can view or change your account information or change your account password.

  3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
    Go to "My Account". Press "Password forgotten? Click here". You can then insert your e-mail address and you will be sent a new password by e-mail.

  4. Do I have to login first?
    That is not necessary. If you are not a customer yet, you already have the possibility to put products in your cart. If you login afterwards, these products will automatically be transferred to the cart that belongs to your account.

  5. Shipping - How fast will you deliver my order?
    Gorilla Wear will do everything to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will ship your order within 3 days. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on which country you live in. Sometimes we run out of stock for a specific article. In that case we will contact you on the delivery time. We deliver all around the world with TNT Post. The delivery time for your order depends on the time TNT will take with there logistic service by plane. For some countries there is no possibility to ship with TNT. Your order will be shipped with UPS. If you have questions about the shipping costs or delivery time to your country, contact us.

  6. Shipping - how much are the shipping costs?
    For a delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany you need to pay 4,90 euro shipping costs. In every other part of the world you need to pay 9,95 euro shipping costs.

  7. Shipping - What if I'm not at home at the moment of delivery?
    Sometimes our packages don’t fit in the mailbox. If that happens, and you’re not at home on the moment of delivery, the mailman will leave an instruction note. Following this instruction you can pick up the package at your local post office.

  8. How do I return a shipment?
    If an article doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back to us. You have 7 days to change your mind from the moment you receive our delivery. Our only condition is that the articles are unused and in the original packaging. Obviously you’re allowed to try them on for size first.

    If you want to return a shipment, send us a mail at info@gorillawear.com with the product information. Send us the stuff you want to return at the below address. Don’t forget to include your invoice or packingnote with the return shipment.

    If you return an article to us, we will send your money back within 7 days. The cost of shipping the articles back to us is for your own account. We will only refund shipping costs if you return an order because of our mistakes.

    Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.

  9. Paying - Which payment options are available?
    In our store you can choose how you want to pay: By bank transfer, with your credit card (via Ogone) of with paypal (including credit cards and debit cards).

  10. Paying - How can I make a bank transfer?
    If you choose this option in the order process, we will send you an order number. You need order your bank to transfer the correct amount of money to our bank account. You can do this either by giro card or through electronic banking. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.

  11. Paying - How can I pay with a credit card?
    Ordering with your credit card is easy and comfortable. You won’t need to worry about the invoice after your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. When you choose this payment, you will be sent to a page where you need to select the type of credit card you own. Then you will need to enter your credit card data: your card number, control number, your card’s expiration date and your name.
    Through our secure SSL procedure, and in cooperation with Ogone and your credit card company, we will correctly and safely process your order. When your credit card is accepted we will send you an email confirming your payment.

  12. Paying - How can I pay with PayPal?
    Paypal is an online payment service which you can use to pay for articles in online shops. Paypal connects your bank account or credit card to a Paypal account. After you make a payment, Paypal will deduct the correct amount of money from your bank account or credit card.
    If you choose this payment option you will be directed to the Paypal website. There you can log in through a secure connection and pay us from your Paypal debit. You will also need Paypal if you want to pay with a credit card that is not from MasterCard or Visa
